Has this intentionally been left non-functional, or is there a bug with it? If it's a bug will it be fixed in the next patch?
I've tried and tried to disable stuff with it and it just doesn't do anything. I've had the SIM owner try to use it and nada. If it's not going to be implemented could you please take it out? Right now it's just giving false hope to SIM owners and managers.

I ran through this with an assortment of scripted objects, including vehicles (which are really easy to notice), and they disabled as expected, disappearing from the list when I pressed "Refresh". Please send copies of the specific items that aren't being disabled to me, and email me (torley@lindenlab.com) with the name of the region and other requisite details; I'll have a deeper look if you'd like.

[UPDATE] Thank you VERY much for your additional info on this, Zalandria, and for also reminding me to test as a non-Linden. I have at least one solid repro for "Disable Selected" not working for an Estate Manager via both "Get Top Scripts..." and "Get Top Colliders..."--Estate Owners being affected too remains to be confirmed (I haven't tested this personally and will carry it on to the due diligence of QA) but just wanted to let you know we've formally got this entered for fixin'.
