Hi all! I have a big problem!My credit card is not availible here because i live in Russia.
For this reason i can't register my card in PAYPAL system and i can't register with SMS, because my provider is not listed.Please,help me to register!I know,that upgraiding to Premium costs 9.95$I have at my account 10$ and 700L$.I can pay these money for your help. I don't see an exit of this situation.Please,if it is possible,help me!!!!!!
