The many many posts that used to get answerd every day around 2:00 EST (or noon SL time)??
Please return to answering as many posts as possible on a daily basis. You are getting WAY backlogged with questions. I asked some several days ago that have not been answered.
Is customer service not worth paying someone to answer blog and form questions?
When the blog first became your "main" source of info to us questons were answered very regularly in the blog posts, now you rarely see a linden post an answer to questions beyond the first post.
Linden Answers used to get a page or more of answers daily, yet now you're lucky to see 5 or 6 lindens answering questions a day.
This kind of slacking off of customer service is dissappointing.
