Just a comment on customer service and please don't move this to the Thank You forum. Every time I have emailed support I have got excellent service. One time they even answered me within 20 minutes! I think they are doing a great job and I suggest that anyone who emails support include specific details of their problem instead of sayin stuff like "my SL is all laggy and don't work good." They even helped me with advice on buying a PC with a different video card than the one I was using. The same goes for Live Help. When I have a technical problem I preface my IM with "are there any Lindens online who can..." I just wanted to say that I am very pleased with LL customer service.
