I agree with your replies that charging different rates for RL businesses is not viable with the product you currently offer.
It begs the broader question however, if you have a vision to grow SL through greatly increasing resident numbers, and attracting RL business, why do you not have a plan to pay for the costs of & fund development for this strategy based on these aims & users.
You are clearly succeeding. Over 1,200,000 residents, huge publicity & an influx of deep pocketed corporate names into SL.
How in the world can you then turn around to your existing minority of paying customers, most of whom are individuals, whose QOS has frankly suffered as a result of this strategy and who are clearly not key players or benificiaries of this vision and ask them alone to foot the bill through these absurd proposed price increases ?
May I humbly suggest that if you wish to keep the free accounts then you at least offer a business class sim with greatly improved performance, support, traffic analysis and charge a fee inline with what the Corporates would expect to pay in order to fund your strategy.
