is there a fix for the building bug where when you put a prim out it dissapears and doesnt come back for sometime yet it is there it is quite annoying trying to build and half your prims have just poofed

The "prims disappear then reappear" doesn't have a full fix yet--it's improved, but still continues to be seen. It's high-priority to us so please keep watching Announcements & News for when it is fixed, hopefully soon.
