The chat history in abuse reports - addenda

It hasn't been more than a week since a liaison told me that IM chat was included when the chat history box was checked in the abuse report dialog.

What was actually happening was that none of the chat is being included.

Perhaps a memo to the staff is in order to keep incorrect information from being given out.

I wonder if the absence of any chat history being included might account for some of the complaints people make about the responses to abuse reports not making much sense.
