Dear Linden people,
I'm not going to rant or rave, as much as i want to at this time... But lets see if we can get something accomplished here.
I ordered an island awhile back, I used to be able to check the status of it thru the landstore page. its gone.
I Tried calling the concierge line... it goes unanswered.
I tried emailing the concierge dept. .... it goes unanswered.
I tried the regular support line, after 30 minutes on hold, I was reffered to the concierge line or email for help.
I tried IMing an online concierge.... it goes unanswered.
I tried LIVE help, they cant help. They reffer me to the concierge line and email.
I'm only a single island owner, and know that I dont pay as much as some that own multiple islands. But, I do pay. How am I supposed to get answers to my questions if everyone keeps reffering me to a 'special' concierge line that doesnt answer the calls or return emails ?
Please. Help. And dont reffer me to some mythical place called the concierge. I dont think it exists anymore.

Update: Jack indeed did get ahold of me in game. I didnt get the solution I was after, but he did give me more info than Ive been able to get in days. Thanks Jack !
