All the information on how to use LindeX can be found at https://secondlife.com/currency/describe-transaction-fees.php. When you purchase L$ on LindeX the system matches your order up with a seller. We can't guarantee who it will be. The only way to avoid this entirely would be to use one of the third party sites.
