I'm not going to follow a myriad of links in one of your shortcut responses, I'm a paying customer of Linden Labs and deserve better treatment than that. Just like I'm not reading your half functional, non-community oriented, one-sided blogs. Do you see the big MMO's running around with corporate blogs? Do you see them tearing down their community forums? NO! As a community manager for a large MMO myself, I speak this with much distaste for the way Linden Labs has handled things.
With that being said I'm also not going to go through 1000's of my textures every hour to watch and see which one's may be missing over and over again and emailing Kelly with them. I'll recheck the ones that I know to have problems and if I find them I'll send them to Kelly, but this is in many ways not about what I can do for Linden Labs, this is about what is Linden Labs doing for us as customers.
Again as per many have stated already, I'm a paying Linden Labs customer, we expect better service and reliable data hosting, including that garbage system (heh, no pun intended) you run for asset servers.
