Packet loss after rolling restart, Traffic and Radar

1) Since the rolling start on my sim we all now see average of 10% package loss.
** since client update this seems to be solved.

2) Traffic numbers seem not to have updated since Tuesday.
** Just updated at 1pmish

3) Radar systems ie invisible radar ring still does not work.
The ring used to tell me who was near me and how far away they were.
Now it either says who was there when I logged on and freezes or doesn't say a peep as if there was not a person around where there are 6.
This seems to be the same for all radar/scanning systems I have for my person.

4) When I go to post an event on the web it pulls all the landmarks in all folders rather than just the landmarks folder. I have deleted all other landmarks yet still I get 20 others that are not in my inventory??

About 4), the event location listing isn't tied directly to the landmarks in your Inventory. It is, rather, connected to who has land that meets the Event Posting Rules. For example, if you have a Friend who owns 1024 m2 of land set to Hangout. So that's different!
