Forced Sales While AFK

I have filed an abuse report concerning this issue. There is something odd going in in Second Life. Last night while I was AFK a member over one year old took money from my account for products I did not purchase. They are in my inventory...but I did not purchase them. They are of a sexual nature and NOT my cup of tea. Thank heaven my SL/RL sister had instructed me to open an account at Ginko, or I think I would have been defrauded of more money. Please look into this situation as quickly as possible. I wanted to know if I may approach this horrid man to get my money back or would that be against TOS.

I'm sorry to hear about this violation of your account. If you haven't already, please change your password immediately, and remember never to share your password with anyone.

We would encourage you to try to come to a resolution with the person you believe to be responsible, but if that's not possible please file an abuse report with the day and rough time of the transactions, along with the amount of L$ you believe to be missing and names of some of the objects you did not purchase, so that customer support can look into the details of the transactions.
