Sharing a house with partner/group

My friend has bought land and a house, She wants me to be able to set it as Home, and place objects. I can TP there, and open doors. She created a group and I am an officer in that group. But still can't work out what to do next to allow me to place objects permanently there (they are returned L+F within moments), and I can't set it as home.

Any suggestions - or better still, step by step ?

\You need to wear the group tag while place objects and setting the land to your home.

Edit --> Groups, select the group the land belongs to and then click activate
