What is the terraform limit on new 5 sims bulk auctions?
Can we change the terrain textures?
Can we terraform them +-100 like previos bulk auctions?
It is important for me because if yes i will bid if no i wont.

Because the new bulk auction groups are part of the new southern continent, they are already terraformed and textured.

It's possible that we'll offer sim groupings again that can be textured and terraformed, but we don't have a specific timeframe to do that.
