I'm hoping that your response to this thread does not indicate that action was taken against Lewis for this post. It is WAY out of context and there is no content that could even be a little bit construed as intolerant. There is nothing to even suggest any anti-homosexual feelings or hate towards a group. It reads as a simple statement of belief that disease is punishment by a god of promiscuity...no mention at all of homosexual behavior. When he quotes "one man and one woman together for life" he is not refering specifically to homosexualism but also to people who engage in sexual activites with more than one partner anytime in their life.

Stating one's beliefs is not in any way intolerance for someone else's.

Musicteacher: Right, my post was a friendly warning to discourage further off-topic and disruptive behavior. Historically, threads like that have devolved into intolerance. Here's to hoping this one takes the high road, with the help of the posters involved.
