PayPal Preapproved Payments

Just checked my paypal account and noticed this is set up with linden research Inc. Is this like a direct debit? (where you take tier auto each month) or?? I dont recall reading that. Can I cancel it and just pay it each month manually I really distrust any auto payment functions like this, if thats what it is. I dont leave money in paypal or my bank if I can help it.

I cancelled it as I dont recall agreeing to it (no I dont read the small print as I have better things to waste my time on) plus I can see them trying to take money before its due like all direct debits/transers do, could someone point out where in the T&C's it mentions it?

You can choose to set up a billing method @ https://secondlife.com/account/billing.php , and no, it doesn't get changed without you approving it first.
