LindeX: Currency Exchange

I've been sitting here watching the Exchange just get worse.

I have made the suggestion before but I never made it here. As everyone can see from the forum discussions people are concerned and wish there be something done about it. I know even LL wants to do something about it, then why not do something about it? Why sit there and let it go on?

One thing that I think would resolve alot of problems with the market dropping is putting a time limit up. Too many are using the exchange as a bank.

If the Lindens people put up for sale does not sell within say 7 days it should be returned to the seller. This would ensure there is active sellers and buyers. If Linden Lab is intending to allow people to store their Lindens like a bank then by god make a bank for them that only they can see. But allowing money just to sit on the market is hurting people who rely on selling our Lindens for a fair market price. And for the most of Us sell our Money to pay our expensive Linden Lab bills.

For example: Ebay does not leave items up for auction forever. Even the Land up for auction that Linden Lab sells for real money is not left up forever. Why is the Currency Exchange left up there forever??

The suggestion is simple, put a time limit up for Lindens to be sold, I truely belive it would help.
