Something that has been bothering me for a while now...

Why is the max number of prims in a region not a power of two? It would make a LOT of things simpler if it was consistently one-prim-per-four-square-meters.

I assumed that there was some fixed sized 2^n-prims table in a sim, and the "missing" 1,384 prims were reserved for some reason... but the prim limits in void sims are nowhere near a "2^n" limit... and the ability of estate owners to allow bonus prims makes me think I may have jumped to conclusions there. Can you clear this up?
