Membership change

Could you please confirm that going from an active, premium quarterly account to a basic account does not incur any fee?

I know the billing email is better suited but people are telling there's a fee while I can't find any reference to it on either the membership plans, the billing policy or the upgrade/downgrade membership page and the billing date is tomorrow .

You are billed for the peak amount of land held in the previous month. But after that, downgrading to basic will incur no fees. Hope that helps
