I have one computer connected to the Internet. I use this computer for my SL account.
I have been trying to use the same computer to help set up a Teen Grid account for my 15yr old. It is not working,at the end of the signing up process we keep getting sent to the regular grid. I hope that this does not mean having to get another line and computer! Please help.

Hi, Alia.
Hmmm. Make sure that your teen has entered the correct DOB. If the DOB is correct, and this continues to happen, please contact Customer Support for help. Using the same computer for your own SL account and your teen's TSL account should not be a problem.
