Feature Suggestions - Do you look?

I'm sorry to sound negative, but do the Lindens look at the feature suggestions? I know there are a lot of them, and most are probably redundant or just silly. But some of them are valuable discussions. Mine, and many others, for instance, could get a simple "we're looking into it" or "yay/nay" response to quell our doubts.
