A recent rifling through my inventory in search of some items for a party I was having revealed that I'm missing about 3000L worth of food items, including my partner's and my wedding buffet. While I realize that inventory is stored at our own financial risk (and I am NOT, therefore, asking for refunds for lost items), I would like to know if there is a "safe" way to store inventory. Specifically, I'm wondering if it wouldn't be safer to throw items of a sentimental nature (like my wedding cake) into a storage box and plop it down on 512m2 somewhere and set the property to no entrance. Any suggestions or thoughts would be most appreciated.
Thanks.

Sorry about your lost food. If you have a large inventory, what you might want to do to verify is go to PREFERENCES ---> NETWORK tab ---> CLEAR CACHE button. This will resync your local inventory cache with the server cache to make sure what's there is really showing up. Actually, what you have suggested is a good idea and what I've done on occasion, in particular for non-copiable, transferrable items. I put them into a plywood cube and leave it at a friend's place. I haven't gone so far as to use a whole storage facility--but I wonder if there might be future growth in that, Kamael.
