objects still textured in wireframe mode?

Wireframe mode seems to be useful for spotting some issues we may have missed, otherwise. I'm not sure if this is a "real" issue, but I notice that some objects remain textured in wireframe mode. Could this be evidence of a bug in the rendering code or the cache code? Is the client retaining textures or rendering textures that should not be visible?

If this issue was resolved, would we see increased rendering speed?

paulie, which objects remain textured? Please send me pictures! :) torley@lindenlab.com

As for performance gains, Ben Linden once mentioned:

Wireframe isn't really as helpful as you would hope. Textures are still downloaded, and it is about 25% slower to render (no optimizations). It might be helpful for building, but only if we let you choose what you show. I have attached a screenshot of a "normal SL scene" in wireframe. It's pretty damn hard to get around when a wall is only 1 line more than a doorway.
