I wanted to ask if you are looking into this problem. Arcadia 1 crashes often (more then once per day I believe) and it's causing players of DarkLife (and perhaps other games too) to loose progress. The script-state of attachments (seems like stuff on the ground isn't really affected) seems to be reset to some earlier point, which really is a bad thing in my game!!! sometimes people lose hours of play-progress because of this!!! I bet I already lost some players because now Also in my own sim Navora we have had major issues with crashes (one time we had about 10 crashes per day, for more then a week long). Bad thing is, I really really had to goto a lot of troubles to get any information... So considering the 200 dollars I spent on that sim each month, I'm really not satisfied with your service... there would be three things you could do to keep me satisfied: -Give out information about server crashes to SIM owners (a little bit more then 'we're working on it') -or... just fix the bug right after a server crash -or... make a recovery mechanism for script-states so players can continue playing from where they were before the crash. Either of these 3 options would in my opinion be sufficient.. unfortunatly you do none of them...

I'm so sorry to hear of the crashiness, Mark. I'm certainly going to let the Concierge--that's Lee, Cyn, and Jack Linden--know about these problems--they'd be the Linden specialists in helping you find out more about what's going on.
And about Arcadia, I will of course let Ben know.
As we've recently added extra Estate Tools for control, I can also see that perhaps in addition to the Restart button, showing what went wrong recently would be helpful. Especially to pinpoint problematic histories.
Specific bugs reproed and affecting various regions in the past have been fixed ASAP. Details always help so if you've got a step-by-step of how to get from Point A to Point B, it helps us understand quickly and help you better.
