Since this update came out, i have not been able to install it. For some reason, I DL the update but when it gets to a point it says "installer corrupted" or something to that effect. It is annoying since I can no longer log into SL. What can I do to fix this? I have tried re-installing the SL program but it wont seem to DL.

Hi Cheryl, and welcome to Second Life! In order to help you better, please send an email to [email]support@lindenlab.com[/email]. They can work with you and your specific problem, which isn't possible for me to do in this venue.
When you send your mail, you will get an auto-response to the email address you gave us when you registered so you know that we received your question. There will be a ticket number on that response so you can refer to your question by that number if you have additional questions. If you don't receive the auto-response it might be because the mail address you gave us is inactive or filtering out the reply, so please check your junk mail!
Our support hours are 9AM to 6PM Pacific, Monday through Friday. You should expect to receive an answer within 24 hours during the business week.
