Please help Ravenblue Sin. She has wanted to upgrade, but her client crashes everytime she searches her inventory. She says she has sent e-mails, tried to call (but got disconnected after 45 mins), and tried live help with no reply.
I've sent a bug report myself.
I've seen her crash every 10 min. She runs a business here, so it makes it very difficult to manage.

EDIT: It doesn't appear to be directly related with lost inventory items. It may be related.
