Can someone tell us if anything is being done about item loss? I lost a lot of stuff last night, so much and so many times I logged off before it decided to delete my AV! I would rez some stuff, crash, log back in, and find things missing. This happened 5 times last night! I still want an answer to my question about contacting the creator to get a new copy of the item. That question is:

How do I contact the creator of a no-copy item I no longer have, and thus can not see who created it?
