LOD now updates with the slider movement in the Graphics Detail tab -- okay, thats good but: now, the entire viewer seems to pause when LOD changes happen (though there are lots of strange pauses now), and, LOD seems to have a faster falloff now on the far end.

I can't really pinpoint this because it doesnt seem consistent. In some areas it definitely looks like it's been lowered; in some it doesnt. This may be due to LOD simply not 'catching up' with zoom-in changes the way it used to though?

Was this changed in 1.12.1? I've been watching Preview and I hadn't seen it in there...

If LOD calculation wasn't changed, please let me know - because then someting else is causing this.

On this note, if lower LOD lows are going to be provided -- could higher highs be provided as well? This could really help us 'future proof' some of our builds and, hardware is just getting faster, really, and I'd think increased level of detail maximums, if optional, would be a real help during 'design time'.
