Group abilities on non deeded land

For those groups deploying there activities on land they rent, Would it be possible to be granted more abilities by land owner without deeding the land to that group?
As the owner of land is not necessarly the founder of the group Deeding can still cause some security issue. so I suggest that when setting a parcel to a group without deeding it a "grant abilities to group" option to be added. Off course, sell or abandon land abilities would not be granted in that case.
This would be a simple and safe way to allow groups renting land to change media, plant linden trees, manage landing point, eject, ban, allow and even teraform.

That sounds like it has some uses, but it might be more complicated than we might hope unless there was a clear way to implement it. So no plans to do this for now that I'm aware of, but we'll continue to take feedback on this.
