Email not working? Or support/bug team not working?

I raised this in the general forum a while back, and it's still happening.

I'm getting no email response when sending emails to support, submitting ARs, or bug reports.

My email works perfectly for offline IMs and object communications, so it's not my end, difficult as that may be to accept.

I've sent several bug reports since the latest update, including three concerning a potentially nasty one which I can't discuss in public due to the griefing possibilities, and a couple reporting the continuing lack of email response.
The recent rolling update hasn't addressed the nasty one, so I just bug reported it again - and yet again, NO RESPONSE.

What is going on? In the absence of a receipt confirming email, or the problem being addressed, are my reports and emails in fact getting through?
Is it actually worth bothering?

If they are getting through, why aren't the 'no response email' issues being addressed?
This has been going on for over two weeks now, in which time an update and a rolling update have taken place. Surely the functionality of the support/bug report/AR systems are, especially given the present circumstances, of some importance?

Also! Important to note that just like the dialog box that pops up when you send a bug report: they often don't get a personal reponse unless more info is needed from you. There's just so many bug reports to triage. Nevertheless, all the info is appreciated.

Autoreplies are a different issue and I haven't heard a mass bag of problems with them, so... let's test.
