Allow Replies In This Forum!!!!!!

Geez, LL, how hard is it for you to just let people REPLY in this forum? Torley, you ask for more info yet we can't GIVE it to you unless we edit our original message (which you WON'T get notified of), post ANOTHER new post in this forum (stupid), or post in ANOTHER forum (even stupider). What is the big deal about not letting replies here--at LEAST from the original poster?? Sheesh!

Ah, Eep, this is part of a bigger picture...

When I ask for more info, I'll often ask for it via a channel of communication like IM, PM, or email if it may be one thread of a larger quilt--or if it warrants broader Resident discussion, of course I'll point to a discussion forum. Which would be the right place for... discussions.

Most inquiries which would benefit from a back-and-forth are simply more appropriate for other forums, where more can join in--not just the original poster, because when it comes to community topics, every Resi has an opinion--and if they're account-specific, our support Lindens should be contacted.

This SL Answers forum is more of a Q&A which is meant to benefit the curiosities of the community at large, as explained by Robin here.
