Disabled accounts

I have three non-premium accounts and today I got the "your account has been disabled, visit the site to renew your membership" message when logging in. I'm sure it's because of the other two accounts. How can I delete them (the "Cancel Account" url doesn't seem to do anything) and have the one I want to stick with reactivated?
