Small bug and cry for help

Hi,

I have a problem - I can't modify my own house.
I sold my house to somebody and then bought it back and the permissions changed (No modify).

So the small bug is that though I am the owner & creator of the object I can no longer modify it. Sounds like a very easy fix to me!

However, if you choose not to fix it please can you give me my house back? Please?

Thanks

Felix--this sounds expected based on what you told me. Permissions are set restrictively for "Next Owner". If you make something, set it to be (no modify) (no copy) and then give it to a friend, if they give it back, it will remain (no modify) (no copy) and you can't change it. Even if you made it in the first place.

So, if you created the house, perhaps you have a backup you can restore from? Best of hope with it. :)

Felix, Travis Lambert (thanx!) told me you also posted in Technical Issues about this... sorry to hear of what happened. Travis also posted the recommended advice we give--the general rule is there's no intervention to change permissions, but do try contacting support about it. They'll be able to have a closer look than I can.
