If you do decide to roll back the sims as this thread suggests please give people a reasonable 24 hour period to pick up items they may have put out. I could loose about 10,000L worth of items if you don't.


Then let us know when it's safe to start putting things out again.

It would be nice to allow such a big berth of time, I agree. However, in light of when serious issues happen like exploits, it's important for us to take swift action--or the counterpoint will be blaming Linden Lab that we didn't act quickly enough. Not to mention *further* content loss and foul-ups that could occur.

As we strive to be more proactive than reactive, the principle is we'll move quickly as to minimize the inconvenience, and solve the problems.
