Lost of given rates

ok post this again inthe right forum.
I lost a few (GIVEN) rates. now is this a bug or does this happen when a player leaves the game that the rates were given too

G'day Usagi! You shouldn't have lost any recent rates, given or received. However, over a year ago, "ratings decay" went into effect, which sounds similar to what you describe. Please have a look at:
