Blue Linden, isn't there a $10 fee for downgrading from premium to basic?

I believe that is what I was charged.

There was an individual irate over this, as I recall, and some discussion of it. Then I also recall when I downgraded my alt, there was a message saying, "There will be a one-time fee to downgrade."

Coco - there's no fee for downgrading. There may have been another fee associated with the premium account that you didn't expect, or if you re-enabled a cancelled premium account you would have been charged. Best to check with [email]billing@lindenlab.com[/email] to find out what the fee was specifically. If it was an error they can help you take care of that.
