It's been a long time, could we get a blog or forum update on the missing inventory bug?

I havn't been able to send any bug reports on this as I refuse to log in until this is resolved. I don't want to do anything to contribute to my inventory going missing...

So please answer...

1. estimated time till a fix will be available?

2. will people get their items back and if not will LL offer a way to be compensated for the lost L$?

3. (I've seen this asked several times) Is this a database corruption or a problem with the asset server?

Two entire days gone by without an update or an answer to a very specific and easy to answer question. Two nights I'll be unable to log into SL for fear of losing something permanently, because LL won't just give us specific feedback that has been asked for. I document enterprise apps and db performance tools, I know for a fact the information for which I ask is easily acquired once you can reproduce the bug with a test AV. All I'm asking is whether the database records for our inventory are safe and this is a temporary type of inventory loss? I'm not the only one asking. LL's priorities WRT customer communication really boggle me at times.
