How will the LL LindeX trades be identified? I thought I saw something about the average trader being able to see which limit sell offers were from LL versus everybody else.

There will be a "L$ Sources" row on https://secondlife.com/currency/economy.php when Supply Linden starts trading. The limit sell orders aren't called out on the LindeX pages... but if there's enough interest we can find a way to provide more information.

Let me add that we haven't posted any limit sell orders yet... we're currently waiting on that web page update before we proceed.
