I posted a thread about the texture cycling problem I'm having, but it got moved and buried out of sight in another forum. It only took 5 minutes for it to be moved, but 48 hours later still no response from Linden Labs. I pay for a service and I can't even get a response to a post.
And Torley, if you're going to bury this in some forum that apparently no one at Linden Labs ever visits, just delete it instead. It would be just as effective.

There certainly is--while I'm unclear on what happened recently, if you've already emailed [email=support@secondlife.com]support@secondlife.com[/email] or called support, then that's the right place for customer service. What is SL Answers for? The answer is here! Now, in regards to the "texture flashing" issue you've been experiencing, it is a known issue. I've replied to your earlier threads and asked you to have a look here: Texture Flashing is driving me nuts /164/8d/74461/1.html This goes for anyone else having the same problem! I will ask Brent for additional insights for he is a Mac master. I can assure you Technical Issues is very visible to us. I spend a lot of time there. It is, however, not a substitute for reporting bugs, nor can it prosper without a good flow of Resident discussion. Best of hope with this!
