I started up the preview grid and I discovered that my SL Greeter group isn't part of my list. Infact, I have an old group list. How often are the servers synched? (I *guess* that is the problem.)

The preview environment is transitory and for testing purposes only - we do use a snapshot of the database when we open up a preview. So just as objects, attachments, clothing, etc., any updates to a Resident's account (including monetary transactions) on the preview grid will *not* be reflected on the main grid, similarly all of the current or recent changes made to your main grid account may not be reflected in the preview grid's snapshot.
