Please answer this: Why do you send people email saying their abuse report is resolved when it is clear that it is not? Case in point :abuse report #521335. I have sent the same report three times, each time I got an answer saying it was resolved, yet each time the same cause is still there and not removed. Could you please tell me why I'm wasting my time filing reports against abusers and harassers if you persist in doing nothing about the problem? At least, don't say it has been resolved when is clearly isn't, that makes you look unprofessional. If you won't do a thing about the problem reported, then just say it and I'll stop wasting your time and mine. Regards,

"Resolved" means that the report itself is considered to be resolved as far as Linden Lab's involvement. This will not always mean that a complaint has been resolved to your satisfaction. For example, someone builds something ugly on the property next to yours and you report that you want it gone. Because ugly builds are not against the TOS or Community Standards, LL's involvement in the issue will be considered at an end because customer support does not act as an intermediary in personal disputes.
