I'm a little disturbed that while LL has said that they want the blog to be their chief form of communication with the residents, many new blog posts are being left with comments turned off and so the questions are being routed to Linden Answers forum which are there largely being ignored.
Could LL please consider a blog policy of always having comments turned on? You say you care about what we have to say, yet many important issues that have recently been announced have been left with no ability to post comments or questions.
In addition, despite Torley and Robins assurances that were given when the blog was first announced as the chief form of communication and when the general, etc. forums were closed, that Lindens would be reading and answering questions on the blog, many many many many questions regarding several recent issues have gone unanswered.
I realize it takes time and personnel to do this, but considering the unhappiness with recent changes is so strong, these concerns/questions need to be met with an answer to keep your players from loosing faith/trust in LL.
