Is the concierge currently facing a long delay? Been waiting a few days for a simple transfer, wondering what the turn around time is currently. Thanks.

I'll forward this to the concierge and see what's up. With the land store re-opening there are a lot of orders to catch up on, so I suspect that's what's taking up the time!
