Torley, I forwarded you the bug report as you asked, regarding the bug that causes classified ads to be autorenewed against our will if we hit OK instead of update when turning off autorenew.
Any news on a refund? I know the ad is almost done running now, but I did report this the day it renewed, asking it to be cancelled. I haven't deleted the ad because it says "there will be no reimbursement", if I delete it.
If it were 100L I wouldn't care, but 5000L is a different matter. My tier is coming up soon. Please let me know ASAP.

I'm sorry, Gigs, I'm afraid I don't have any info about a refund--that would be our support team's expertise to investigate. I did take some more looking into this and I can't confirm it's a "bug" per se because the Update button does function when clicked. However, as I mentioned earlier, I do know how confusing it can be--and that the Update button can get missed altogether in the process of OKing the ad. I've sent word to the developers, asking if there's a simpler way to approach this.
