Reposting: Charged anyway for a classifieds renewal I cancelled

Last night I was charged L$226 for the renewal of a classifeds ad despite the fact that I specifically cancelled the renewal itself this weekend and reposted the ad elsewhere for a different price.

Is there any way that ad can be deleted and I can be refunded the cost? Thank you.
