I'm just really curious about this... why do the friends' lists consistently not work anymore? Website and inworld - the friends' lists are hit or miss. What gives?

Hi Joy, as you may know from previous postings, we've had presence problems where your Friends's status isn't correctly shown. The problems are still ongoing, and as such, we're continuing to work on them and apologize for it.
I know how much of a pain it is today for our own Lindens, because we need that info to help verify accounts following the recent security situation issues. _____________________
