Hoping for a clearl definition

In this thread Vasudha Linden asks the communities ideas for jobs in world.

M question is: Is he referring to jobs in the sense that TSO has jobs? ie pizza making or whatever it was called? That is, is he/she talking about how these 'jobs' would be working for LL for pay in $L in game money, and not working for other sims?

Also, is this request because LL is looking into the option of removing the stripend? In any way, shape or form?

Vasudha was talking about finding ways to help residents earn money in SL, not by working for Linden Lab or by creating 'treadmill' style jobs, but by creating more roles for people as part of the growing economy.

Eventually the economy will grow to the point where it will make more sense for L$ to be put into circulation to reflect value creation rather than to stimulate specific behaviors (traffic bonuses) or provide support for getting started (new user stipends).
