Whole new bug

My RL SO is attempting to pay her account balance before being cancelled using an american express prepaid card. Unfortunately Linden Labs chose to change thier billing agency to one in Europe recently and not inform anyone. The upshot being that American Express now denies those transactions due to Linde appearing to be a European company. We ahve attempted twice to contact Linden by phone to resolve this and gotten the standard support we usually get..which is little or none adn being hung up on twice. You guys seriously ned to get some customer support ppl in there who see thier job as something other than doing as little to support your PAYING customers as possible and hanging up on them. I'dlike to see this resolved...and considerring the amount of cash we have dumped into this proggie since we joined, I don't think it would hurt that badly for someone at Linden to call up the billing agency adn inform them of this issue AND/OR call American express to resolve this issue. It's simply a matter of contacting them to inform them of Linden's real base so they can put it into thier DB properly. However...we cannot do that for Linden. For that matter all we can do is play phone tag with everyone telling us to call the other....or in Linden's case..since this seems unique within it's suport structure..deal with ru7de, insensitive ppl who do NOT support thier customer base then hang up on them while doing NOTHING.

Hi,


We did recently change to an international credit processor and a number residents have been unable to process transactions. As we learn of where the challenges exist, we are addressing them with the new company. We are working hard to get the problems fixed and if we are unable to do so soon we will revert to our former processor, which would resolve these issues.
