This is my answer to Torleys answer below:

TKS! Torley!! And SL.. this can become very fun..

/Tina - THE GREATEST - THE LARGEST - THE MOST EXPANDING (0.001% to 1,35%) THE ABSOLUTE THE MOST AND EXTREMELY BEST EXAKT MOST BEAUTIFUL GIRL IN TOWN*!

:-))

*After Torley of course

What kind of marketing laws rule us in SL? Are there any rules about what we are allowed to write.. ?.. is this serious business or a huge play .. sometime when I read text... I smile.. wide...

I read more and more slogans from so called serious business people in SL - to the small ”love to have an own company”..- texts that tell ”we are biggest” ”we are the best ” - ”we are the largest”.. so much overrating words..

In Europa - In Sweden we are NOT allowed to write as example ”The most popular” - ”The best... - IF SO WE MUST PROVE IT! In front of marketing layers.

If we fail to prove it - and 99,999% fail - we are crooks - we get sued - we must pay fine - and thats not 1L :-))

As example: Probably the best beer in the world - Carlsberg - Not ”The best beer in the world - Carlsberg”

Smart guys..

And in SL we are allowed to write.. . what LL?

/Tina - Probably the most EXAKT designer in Second Life:-))))

Hey Tina, we don't have any laws like that in our Community Standards or Terms of Service, but if you're running a serious business with a "real-life" extension, and particularly, physical presence in Sweden, I would advise contacting a lawyer for legal advice.

Second Life itself has no short of superlative and exaggerated claims, as you may have seen already!
