Torley, you recall the classified auto-renew UI flaw I discovered.
I have filed a bug, emailed support, and emailed the concierge address, and emailed you the information you requested.
Even if your support is going to tell me "too bad, our bug cost you 5000L, we can't do anything about it", at least have the decency to reply!
Has you entire support staff been fired? Or are they too busy dealing with 12 year olds on the main grid now?
It's very discouraging when you contact support and get no reply at all.
BTW- So as to not sound too negative, THANK YOU VERY MUCH for putting the "no outside push" parcel flag high in the development queue, as I see it mentioned in Robin's sticky! I'm excited to finally see some real anti-griefing features going into development. Don't forget to close voting proposal 1263, thanks!
